How to add an Authorised Signatory for my company account
When it comes to managing your Maxis Business account, it’s important to have the right documentation in place. One such document is the authorized form, which is used to grant permission for certain actions related to your account.
“Authorised Signatory” means the person-in-charge in the sole proprietorship, partnership, company or entitywho has subscribed or agreed to subscribe to the Maxis Services and/or products and registered or applied to register for the Maxis Business Hub; with the authority to appoint designated employee(s) or officer(s) as Administrator;

To complete the authorized form, you’ll need to provide the following documentation:
- Form 49
- Director IC copy
- New authorized signature IC or passport copy
By having these documents in place, you’ll be able to quickly and easily manage your Maxis Business account while also ensuring that all actions are authorized and secure.

Once you have all the documents above you may send them via email to: bizcare@maxis.com.my & bizcare@maxisbusiness.my
