Latest 3 months Bank Statement
Only through a bank statement displaying the transaction can the company register be determined to be active and valid for business.
Device Top Up or Advance Payment
Maxis will send the top-up amount to your email address; once paid, simply reply to the slip via email to complete the device delivery process.
𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁/Deposit will be imposed per line (subject to credit assessment & credit approval)
NOTE: Advance payment/deposit MUST be collected prior to line activation & device delivery.
